For some countries further afield from our Irish base, you will find that an Economy National Postal Service is still available along with a tracked option.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
All items are shipped from our distribution centre in Cork, Rep of Ireland. Average time lengths for each country are represented when selecting your shipping option at the checkout.
If your order is placed before 3pm (Irish Time), we will typically dispatch it the same day. This allows for 2 day delivery to most of Europe and 3-4 days for most countries worldwide when DHL Express is chosen at the checkout.
An Post Economy option is typically quite a bit slower and can take up to 2 weeks for EU countries and 3 weeks for countries further afield.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. If you do not find your country listed, please get in touch and we will be happy to provide a solution.
HAS COVID-19 AFFECTED DELIVERY TIMES?
We are currently processing orders as normal and dispatching all orders within 1 working day. DHL Express Orders are being fulfilled as usual. Economy post is running at full capacity and facing delays.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit cards e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc. We also accept PayPal.
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
Yes, the JRC Components online store runs on the Shopify framework. Shopify is PCI level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance.
Orders and Returns
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM OR WANT TO RETURN PARTS?
Unwanted items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging. The customer must bear the cost of the return shipping fees. Once received, a full refund will be issued along with any shippings costs which had initially been incurred. Please fill out the returns application form and return it printed with the product
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
An account is not necessary for placing an order. Anyone can place an order on our website. Creating an account allows for ease of purchase for future orders and for an overview of all previous orders in a convenient manner however is not a necessity.
WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?

We aim to reply to all queries within 1 working day, however, sometimes due to high traffic it may be slightly longer. If your enquiry is related to an existing order, please include the order number in the email.
IS MY PURCHASE COVERED BY WARRANTY?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive 24 month warranty on any defective products and will be happy to replace any unexpected product issues.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Due to our efficient turnaround speed, it is best to try calling us first. The next best option would be to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Wherever possible, we will be more than obliging to change or cancel an order for you. Please use the word 'cancel' or 'revision' in the subject line so that it gets picked up quickly.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All DHL Express orders can be tracked on https://www.dhl.com/en.html An sms monitoring message will also be sent to you after shipment is made. Deliveries can be tracked, edited and monitored from here.
An Post Economy post cannot be tracked. The An Post tracked option can be tracked on https://www.anpost.com/ and on your location postal service website after it has entered the destination country.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
A full order refund is available on any unwanted, unused products. Please contact us in advance with your order number.
