Simon Ryan

Primary Discipline: Road
Occupation: Bike Mechanic

Simon was born and raised in Tipperary Town but now resides in Cork City where he works as a bike mechanic. He eats, sleeps and breathes cycling and is a total bike nerd; constantly building, restoring and selling bikes. Simon has played a huge role in our product development & testing, helped by his strong opinion of how a bike should feel & handle out on the open road. Seen (right) winning stage 3 at the Tour of Ulster 2017 Simon has improved through the amateur ranks year on year and has hopes of finally clinching a stage win at the An Post Rás in the near future.

Aaron has been cycling bikes as long as he can remember and started racing at just 10 years old. He enters his second year as a junior rider for the 2018 season and is the youngest of our athletes. He will continue next season with his current setup at the Nicholas Roche Performance Team and hopes to add to his already impressive results as a junior including runner-up to Ben in last year's Junior Tour and top 10's in Nations Cup races abroad. Short term he hopes to finish with a Top 10 result at the Junior World Road Race Champs in 2018. The long term goal is to sign a contract with a World Tour team and live out the dream as a top tier cyclist. Aaron was one of our first athletes to use our products having purchased them before we reached out to him. We look forward to being part of his progression as a cyclist in years to come.
